O'LEARY FINANCIAL PLANNING FEES & COMMISSION

In keeping with our commitment to maintain integrity and transparency in our service to clients our fee structure follows the same principle and is set out below. Certain services are provided on a commission basis whereby O'Leary Financial Planning is paid directly by the product provider, some are provided on a fee basis and/or can be a combination of the two.

All fees & commissions are declared upfront and agreed in advance and will be fully explained in a clear and transparent manner.

Your initial “Discovery” meeting is free of charge. This is to allow you to decide if we’re the right advisers for you and if our knowledge and expertise are suitable for your particular circumstances.

Fees

Group Pension Schemes

(also provided on a commission basis)

Initial Set Up Fee for Employer: from €500

Set up Fee per Employee: negotiated on a case by case basis

Annual Maintenance Fee: negotiated on a case by case basis

Fund based Commission: 0.25%

Pensions Advice & Comprehensive Review

From €250 – €2,500 depending on the complexity involved

Comprehensive Financial Review & Report

From €250 – €2,500 depending on the complexity involved

Corporate Advisory

From €500- fees negotiated on a case by case basis depending on the complexity involved

Investment Advice

From €250 – €2,500 depending on the complexity involved

Wealth Management Advice

From €250 - fees negotiated on a case by case basis depending on the complexity involved

 

Note:

Some fees and charges are indicative i.e. additional fees may apply where the product includes non-standard investments or where the default bank/solicitor is not used.

Certain fees may be subject to VAT at the standard rate and charged at the rate in force when the invoice is generated.

Third-party charges are outside O’Leary Financial Planning’s control and may be subject to change in the future.
